Tiger's eye is one of the most unassuming yet evocative stones - at first glance the brown color is subtle and versatile, yet upon close inspection and in varying lights it flashes gorgeous shades and striations of light and dark brown. Tiger's eye is believed to be a stone of protection, affording willpower and courage.

The most alluring aspect to this bracelet is the cut of the stone - each tiger's eye piece is a cabochon cut in a modernist style dome. Each cabochon is set within a gold backplate that fits beautifully on the wrist.

HISTORY: Estimated 1970's.

MATERIALS: 9 ct gold, tiger's eye

SIZE: This bracelet measures 7 1/2" end to end. The width of each stone is 1/2" and each stone is 3/4". This piece would fit a medium wrist best.

CONDITION: Beautiful vintage condition. There is some patina to the gold, particularly in the links (some appear like solder lines), and there are some tiny flea bites (small chips) to a few of the stones. These are barely noticeable except by close inspection.
