We want you to be happy with your purchase!  In the event you wish to return any items, we require the items to be unworn and unaltered with all materials and in the same condition it was mailed out in and listed as.  Once we receive the item back in the store, a full inspection must take place first before a refund is given.  During this inspection, we verify all serial numbers, and inspect the condition of the item to verify its contents and condition.

Please be aware that the custom's office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable.  These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please be advised that Jewelry Works has no control over these charges.  Please contact your local customs office for further details.
